D. A. R. C. stands for a Drug Application Ring for the Cornea. The ring consists of cotton and regenerated cellulose and was developed in cooperation with Prof. Spitznas/University at Bonn. It has proven to be highly effective in mydriatica cases, especially for the treatment of infants. The ring prevents any systemic impact by the mydriatica. The consumption of mydriatica medication is also considerably reduced.
